I had a friend who asked for me send pictures during this deployment, so I thought I would blog to keep folks up with what I'm doing here in Iraq. I've been here for about a week and a half. Prior to that I spent a month in Kuwait. Here are a few photos from the deser of Kuwait. I had to travel between Udari and Kuwait City several times.
I love the idea of this blog. My first thought was, "Of course there's a Starbucks Coffee there. If there is one in the middle of the Forbidden City, why would there not be one in the middel of no where in Iran?!" Stay safe, Matt; let me know if you need anything.
